This one-day journey brings together Armenia’s ancient history, a unique creation of nature, and contemporary winemaking culture, presenting three different sides of Kotayk Province within one route.
The day begins at the Pagan Temple of Garni, the only surviving pagan temple in Armenia and one of the most remarkable monuments of the country’s pre-Christian heritage.
The journey then continues to the Symphony of Stones, an extraordinary natural monument located in the Azat River Gorge. Massive basalt columns form impressive natural stone walls whose structure resembles a giant organ.
The next part of the day is dedicated to contemporary Armenian winemaking. We visit Manukyan Wine and Brandy Factory in Balahovit, where Armenian winemaking traditions are combined with modern production technologies.
A wine tasting of 2 regular wines and 1 aged wine is arranged at the winery.
Lunch is also arranged here, where guests will taste dishes from traditional Armenian cuisine.

The tour starts at 09:00 from the guests’ hotel in Yerevan. Return to Yerevan is approximately at 17:00.
