This two-day tour brings together Armenia’s history, natural landmarks, spiritual heritage, and contemporary winemaking, creating a diverse journey through important destinations around Yerevan.
The first day begins with a visit to Garni Temple, one of the best-known surviving monuments of Armenia’s pre-Christian period. From here, the journey continues to the Symphony of Stones, a remarkable natural basalt formation located in the Azat River Gorge and one of Armenia’s most impressive geological landmarks.
The next part of the day is dedicated to contemporary Armenian winemaking. We visit Manukyan Wine and Brandy Factory in Kotayk Province, where guests enjoy a tasting of 2 regular wines and 1 aged wine. Lunch is also arranged here, featuring dishes from traditional Armenian cuisine.
On the second day, the journey continues to the historical and spiritual monuments of Aragatsotn Province. We visit Hovhannavank, a medieval Armenian monastery complex, followed by Saghmosavank, located on the edge of the Kasagh Gorge and distinguished by its historical architecture and surrounding landscape.
The final part of the day is dedicated to Van Ardi winery, where guests enjoy a tasting of 2 regular wines and 1 aged wine, followed by lunch featuring dishes from traditional Armenian cuisine.
Over two days, the tour combines Armenian historical monuments, natural landmarks, spiritual heritage, local winemaking, and traditional cuisine into one complete journey.
The tour starts each day at 09:00 from the guests’ hotel in Yerevan. Return to Yerevan is approximately at 17:00.
