Parz Lake is located in Armenia’s Tavush Region, within the forested area of Dilijan National Park. Our hike starts from Parz Lake and continues through the dense forests of Dilijan toward Gosh village.
During the hike, we follow forest trails, pass small streams, and cross open meadow sections. Along the way, beautiful forest and mountain landscapes characteristic of Dilijan National Park open up.
Upon reaching Gosh village, we visit Goshavank, one of Armenia’s notable medieval monastic complexes. After visiting Goshavank, we continue the hike toward Gosh Lake, which is located in a forested mountain setting and serves as the final point of our route.
The combination of two lakes, the forests of Dilijan, Gosh village, and the historical and cultural surroundings of Goshavank makes this route especially attractive for nature, landscape, and travel photography.
