About this activity

Last updated:

Parz Lake is located in Armenia’s Tavush Region, within the forested landscapes of Dilijan National Park. The hiking route starts from Parz Lake, passes through the dense forests of Dilijan, and ends in Gosh village near Goshavank Monastery.

Along the way, the route passes through forest trails, small streams, khachkars, and open meadow sections with views toward the Ijevan Mountains.

At the end of the hike, we reach Gosh village and Goshavank, one of the important medieval monastic complexes of Armenia. The combination of forest landscapes, open views, water features, and historical surroundings makes this route especially attractive for nature and landscape photography.
